Meet the Team
Donna
This is Donna, she is the proud owner of Ollar Beauty Clinic. Donna started originally as an employee the same day she left school, whilst attending college to study beauty therapy as a trainee for five years to perfect her craft. Donna has now been in this industry for 31 fantastic years. She has a passion for everything under the Beauty and Business umbrella and continues yearly to set herself new goals as she strives to modernise the treatments we offer through continuous education and training in this field. In her spare time she spends time with her many animals, her lovely son and is also incredibly fortunate to call her team members close friends who she regularly enjoys nights out socialising with.
Anne
This is Anne, she is our salon coordinator and front of house at Ollar Beauty Clinic. Anne has been part of the team for over 10 years and very much enjoys ensuring all staff and clients are well looked after. Anne finds it a pleasure to work within an industry that helps people feel instantly good about themselves and also a privilege to be part of a leading salon in such glorious countryside surroundings.
Joan (Ollar Holistic)
Joan qualified in Therapeutic Massage in 2003. She then volunteered at Musgrave Park Hospital working in Spinal, Amputee and Geriatric wards, along with working in Mental Health at a community support level delivering therapies. In 2004 Joan started working at Ollar as an Aromatherapist, she offers Reflexology, Head Massage, Ear Candling, Skin Brushing and various types of Body Massage including Deep Tissue, Sports, Hot Stones, Therapeutic gentle and Relaxing Massage. All treatments are given using essential oils blended for each client. During Joans many years of work she has delivered many workshops for different community groups.
Jan
This is Jan, she is a senior level 3 Beauty Therapist with 13 years experience in the industry . Jan began her beauty journey straight from leaving school. She started with Ollar in June 2016 and hasn't looked back. Jan is lucky that Donna became more of a friend than a boss and has always supported her throughout her career always helping her achieve and excel. She is currently in the salon part time and in her spare time Jan plays Netball, spends time with her granda Sid who all the clients love to hear about (the character he is) and her little nephew Archie.
Gia
This is Gia, she has been a Beauty Therapist for 22 fantastic years, specialising in Eyebrow Reshaping, Waxing and Nails. Gia has been with Ollar Beauty Clinic for 2 years. Her hobbies are caring for her horse and her dog.
Steph
Steph is a compassionate and dedicated level 3 Beauty Therapist. She enjoys helping her clients reach their beauty goals. She recently qualified in Guinot electrical facials. Steph is constantly updating her skills to provide better services at work. She is also apart of the ollar Beauty social media team. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughter.
Laura
This is Laura she is a qualified level beauty therapist with 16 years experience. Laura offers a variety of treatments but she specialises in Eyelash Extensions, Skincare and Nails Laura owned her own salon for 11 years, But made the difficult decision to close it during the pandemic. Laura has 4 fabulous children, When she gets any spare time she enjoys Hiking, going to the gym and being outdoors . She also enjoys some quality time baking with her daughter.
Aesthetics by Jude
This is Jude, she is a Nurse with eight years experience. Last year she completed her Non Medical Prescribing Qualification to allow her to prescribe all the medication in her clinic.
As a medical professional, safety is her main priority with her history of A+E nursing this means she has trained and treated many emergency conditions across her nursing career.
Jude is primarily based in Stranmillis at her own clinic, but also holds a clinic in Doagh salon and also in Ollar Beauty Clinic once a month.
